Michael Davidson made the arrangements for us, and Krystle Schultz took care of us once we arrived. To our delight, your baker also brought us treats and goodies on both afternoons. The entire staff at the registration desk helped tremendously, especially Amanda and her crew.

It is the goal of every organization to have professional, friendly, and courteous staff, and your staff exceeded that expectation. We intend to use your facility for future meetings every chance possible and thank you for the great working relationship.

The Capitol Volkssport Club wants to give a great big thanks for the use of your support of our annual Holiday Walk on Dec. 10th.

We had 248 walkers. Many comment on what a great place the check point is which is the Phoenix Inn. We greatly appreciate the use of your lobby and the coffee and hot water you fumish. You are a help in making our annual Holiday Walk a success every year.

Carrying luggage, shifting tables to suite us, changing rooms to accommodate a grumpy guest, adjusting schedules and any instantaneous requests were handled routinely and cheerfully!
