The Phoenix Inn Suites in North Salem, Oregon offers three comfortable meeting rooms for your convenience. Our staff can provide refreshment breaks including: coffee, tea, juices, assorted fresh bakery items and sodas. Your group is allowed to bring in food items or let our staff suggest local caterers for your event.

Our property handles various events: from corporate conferences to lunch banquets or learning seminars, we aim to give you exactly what you want. We are happy to host your Bar Mitzvah, Bat Mitzvahs, reunion, wedding, corporate training seminars, and help your plan your successful event. Audio/Visual equipment available upon request.

North Salem Meeting Room Facilities

Phoenix Room

38’ x 30’ 1140 sq ft. Our largest meeting space is 1140 square feet, fits 75 people theater style, 55 classroom, 60 Banquet.

Boardroom Suite

12’ x 30’ 360 sq ft. Large executive style conference table accommodating up to 12 people. Comfortable couches provide additional seating. The Boardroom Suite has a bathroom and microwave/sink area.

Hospitality Room

33’ x 38’ 1254 sq ft. This room serves as our breakfast room mornings and is available for meetings after 11:00am. The room has meeting space for 42 people conference style or can be used for meals or break out space.
